West Virginia
Building - Main Exhibit Hall
The West
Virginia Building offers 20,000 square feet of space for Standard 10 x 10 to
large bulk space exhibits. Two 12’ overhead doors are available for
bringing in large equipment.
Outdoor Space
Our outdoor
space is strategically located on the path from the Main Hall to the Food
Court, 4-H Youth Pavilion, and clinics. Each outdoor space includes
electrical hook-up.
4-H Youth
Pavilion
Does your
product or service target a younger audience? Request to be in the 4-H
Youth Pavilion. Throughout the weekend there will be activities for kids
of all ages including stick horse building, roping instruction, a 4-H
Skill-A-Thon, and drawing contest.

Breeder's Pavilion
Sponsored
by the WV Department of Agriculture this pavilion was created to support and
showcase West Virginia breeders. Breeders will have display tables to promote
their farm and breeding stock. Please contact us for more information and
pricing.
Horse Pavilion
If you were at
the 2009 expo then you know the Horse Pavilion was a great place to be. The
Horse Pavilion places the exhibitor’s booth across the aisle from their
stalls so exhibitor’s can easily show their horses and invite attendees into
their booth.
Stallion
Pavilion
Breeders can
showcase their stallions at stud in the Stallion Pavilion. All
Stallion Pavilion stallions will be included in the daily Parade of
Stallions. Increase your stallion’s exposure by entering him in the
Stallion Showcase.

is limited so please make your reservation early!

booth sign.
