The 2010 West Virginia Trainer’s
Challenge is the search to find West Virginia’s best colt start trainer.
CONGRATULATIONS
to the....three trainers
who have been selected from submitted entries to compete!
Dan Hull, Bobby Knight, and Robert (Junior) McClaughlin, Jr.
These trainers will have four and one half hours over three days to train a horse that has never been ridden in front of the audience and judges.
In the finale Sunday afternoon, the trainers will have to ride their trained horse through
an obstacle course.

Friday
The draw - Each trainer will randomly select the name of a horse from
the horse supplied.
The trainers will have two hours to work with their selected horse.
Saturday
Trainers will have 1 1/2 hours to work with their selected horse.
Sunday
Trainer will have 1 hour to work with their selected horse.
The Finale - Trainers will negotiate their selected horse through an
obstacle course against the clock.
