Travel Information

Driving:

Take Interstate 64 to Lewisburg.  Take the Lewisburg exit (exit # 169).  At the bottom of the exit, go south on Route 219 towards the town of Lewisburg.  The fairgrounds are 3.5 miles south of the interstate on the left.

Airport:

The Greenbrier Valley Airport is just 7 miles north of the fairgrounds on Route 219.  Avis, National, Hertz, Alamo, and Enterprise and car rental services are available at the airport.

Lodging:

There are several great lodging options in the Lewisburg area.

The Super 8 is located just off Interstate 64 and 3.5 miles from the fairgrounds.  The facility offers suites, in-room safes, wireless internet, and allows pets upon approval.  Mention the West Virginia Horse Expo to receive our discount.

Located in Lewisburg on Route 219, the Econo Lodge is just 2 miles from the fairgrounds.

The WV State Fairgrounds offers camping facilities.   Please contact the State Fair Event Center for more information and reservations.
