Travel Information

Driving:

Take Interstate 64 to Lewisburg.  Take the Lewisburg exit (exit # 169).  At the bottom of the exit, go south on Route 219 towards the town of Lewisburg.  The fairgrounds are 3.5 miles south of the interstate on the left.

Airport:

The Greenbrier Valley Airport is just 7 miles north of the fairgrounds on Route 219.  Avis, National, Hertz, Alamo, and Enterprise and car rental services are available at the airport.

Lodging:

There are several great lodging options in the Lewisburg area.

The Quality Inn is located right off of Interstate 64 and is 3.5 miles from the fairgrounds.  In addition to offering suites and accessible rooms, the Quality Inn also offers an outdoor pool, fitness facility, restaurant, lounge, wireless high speed internet and a hot continental breakfast.

The Super 8 is located just off Interstate 64 and 3.5 miles from the fairgrounds.  The facility offers suites, in-room safes, wireless internet, and allows pets upon approval.  Mention the West Virginia Horse Expo to receive our discount.                                            

Econo Lodge—Fort Savannah Inn   (304)645-3055

Located in Lewisburg on Route 219, the Econo Lodge is just 2 miles from the fairgrounds.

Located .5 miles from Interstate 64, the Holiday Inn offers indoor pool, fitness center, wireless internet, and Express Start Breakfast.

The WV State Fairgrounds offers camping facilities.   Please contact the State Fair Event Center for more information and reservations.
